Leadership Development for Senior Managers
About this course

Overview

Running a function is a different job from running a team, and most people are moved into it without anyone explaining the difference. This programme works on what catches senior managers out: setting a direction other people can actually act on, and learning when to stop making the decisions you used to make yourself. Delegates bring a real situation from their own organisation and work on it across the week.
