Overview

Most of the water a utility loses seeps out of small holes under pressure, which makes pressure the cheapest thing you can change. Delegates learn to set up district metered areas, measure what is genuinely going out, model the network, and design a pressure scheme that cuts losses while keeping supply at the tap.
